Living in Surry, Keene has been Liz’s go to city for inspiration. She works in oils, and uses photography from her visits to inform the design of her pieces. Beginning 25 years ago, Liz took classes I drawing at painting at Sharon Arts and Moco Arts. After the schools closed, she continued learning through workshops around the region.
“The work is never easy, and each new work presents new challenges, but it flows and I am always at work taking the original idea or inspiration through to the final outcome.”
